Gloria Faboyede

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Gloria Faboyede

Hi, I’m Gloria, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with a background in clinical psychology and a strong focus on behavioral and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have extensive experience working with children ages 3–18 and adult women, supporting them through challenges related to ADHD, stress, emotional regulation, and everyday life transitions. My approach is practical, supportive, and action-oriented. I don’t just focus on talking things through—I work closely with my clients to build motivation, shift unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful behavioral changes that carry into daily life. Whether we’re working on managing ADHD, reducing stress, or better understanding emotions, I aim to provide tools that feel realistic and easy to apply. When working with children, I incorporate play-based techniques to create a space where they feel comfortable, engaged, and understood. I believe that growth happens best in environments that feel safe, natural, and even a little fun. Above all, I’m passionate about helping clients move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered—with clarity, confidence, and skills they can carry with them long-term.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Dhienica Charles, LMHC

Dhienica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to providing a thoughtful, elevated approach to care; one that honors both your lived experience and your potential for growth. I believe that therapy should feel safe, affirming, and deeply personalized, while also offering practical tools that create real change in your daily life. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices and many more. Each session is intentionally tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and pace. My work centers on helping clients develop emotional clarity, strengthen communication, and build the confidence to navigate life’s stressors with greater ease. I am particularly passionate about supporting women experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety, offering a space that is both grounding and empowering during a deeply transformative time. In addition to individual work, I support families and parents in developing effective communication and parenting strategies, fostering healthier and more connected relationships. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling, integrating faith into the therapeutic process in a way that feels authentic and supportive. My style is open-minded, empowering, and affirming. I prioritize creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely understood—not just clinically supported, but personally valued. Outside of my work, I find inspiration in traveling, reading, hiking, and writing; practices that allow me to stay grounded, reflective, and present. These values naturally extend into the care I provide.
